Direct, unbiased feedback is a critical component of leadership development. Avantras’ CEO and Executive Forums provide business leaders with an opportunity to seek input and engage in discussion about the issues and challenges they face on a day-to-day basis.

Avantras CEO Kevin Miles developed these groups of CEOs, entrepreneurs and executives to facilitate both the professional and personal growth of their members. Membership is limited to eight to 15 business leaders from a range of non-competing industries, which creates an open environment and encourages candid exchanges.

More than just executive development or networking, the groups serve as a personal board of directors. Group members provide a fresh perspective, actionable knowledge and effective strategies to fellow members through discussion, coaching/mentoring and communication between meetings.
