Kevin began gaining executive and consulting experience when he was recruited by a large government contracting organization, which ultimately led to working on projects for the Department of Defense, the Navy, and Veterans Affairs. Kevin was then asked to turn around a fledgling business and, after doing so successfully, became its CEO. His leadership resulted in 18 consecutive years of growth for the organization, which expanded into five industries.


At the same time, Kevin began conducting workshops for CEOs. The success of the workshops led to numerous requests for business consulting, management consulting and executive coaching, among other services. Entrepreneurs sought Kevin’s advice and direction regarding a range of challenges, including stagnant growth, lagging profits, personnel problems, mergers and acquisitions, managing change and turnarounds. For a decade, Kevin served as a freelance corporate consultant and coach while simultaneously running several business of his own. Ultimately, he chose to follow his passion for helping organizations and executives tackle challenges to realize their objectives. He has since provided consulting and coaching services to such organizations as Merck, General Mills, Kellogg, ITT Industries, Tyson, Packaging Resources and Pennsylvania House Furniture.


In addition to successfully advising fellow entrepreneurs and executives, Kevin maintains a busy speaking schedule, delivering keynote addresses and conducting workshops and seminars for businesses, executives and personnel. He has served as a volunteer and consultant for Bucknell Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and an officer and board member of numerous industry and civic organizations. He sat on the board of what is now Wachovia Bank, a Wells Fargo Company, for 15 years, and currently serves on the boards of several closely held corporations.
